To submit an inquiry or concern, please visit

and create a ticket. Upon submission, a tracking code with a ticket link will be emailed to you. You may utilize the same ticket link to follow up or monitor the progress of your inquiry/concern.

If your child/ren are currently enrolled in LLH, you can submit and monitor your tickets by logging in to your LLH Portal account.
